The search for profit inherent to economic functioning of our societies pushes companies to settle and produce at lower cost. The unions maximizing profits to the detriment of workers and their rights, only productivity account. In this context of competition for the labor market, trade union work is difficult. The testimony of the union of the National Federation of the agricultural sector allow to realize the situation and shed light on the precariousness of employment in the sector.
