Summary: Sylvie during her mission went to meet farmers and farm workers of Romanian Moldavia to raise awareness of the Via Campesina and the Confederation Paysanne. People who migrate to be seasonal workers in Western Europe are often aware of being exploited, but even when wages are incomplete, revenues are still higher than those levied in Romania, and abuse are existing anywhere. The Romanian government is doing nothing to save the peasantry, leading more and more people on the roads of seasonal migrations.
