Summary : Very present on the Southwest farms in France, foreign seasonal yet remain largely invisible, and almost never talk about their working conditions. Access to the rights is almost impossible for these workers which combine the factors of isolation, are subject to the flexible nature of their contract and, above all, tacitly accept abuse they suffer. Therefore, it is the agricultural and migration policies that shape and encourage this system based on competition between workers that it is to denounce, beyond access to individual rights.
